Course Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to cancel a course 2 days prior to the course date if there are insufficient confirmed registrations. If a course is cancelled paid registrants can receive a 100% refund or transfer to another course at no additional charge.
Walk in Policy
Walk in students are welcome subject to seat availability.
Late Arrival Policy
Students arriving 15 minutes or more after start of class will be denied entry. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Notice of cancellation must be received at least two business days prior to the course offering. Cancellations received two days or more before the course will be given a full refund. Cancellations one day prior, or the day of the event, are given a credit of equal value for a future course. Cancellations must be in writing and must be sent by email or fax. There will be a $20.00 administrative charge for any cancellations.
Registration Policy
Attendees may register for courses directly from the course offerings online or by mail. Payment is required at time of registration. Confirmation notices are sent by e-mail.
Privacy Policy
RDH Education Services will retain your personal information for the reporting for regulatory and compliance purposes. We will also inform you of future offerings. We will not share your personal information with any other entity.
